ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE
VILLAGE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS, SETTING
THEIR TERMS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of

V' Ohio, of the elected members concurring: I
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby
are, appointed. as members of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals:

SECTION 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preserva-
tion of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that a Board of
Zoning Appeals is immediately necessary to perform the functions and duties
prescribed by Ordinance No. 21-70, and that this ordinance shall take effect
