ORDINANCE 10-65 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
Ordinance to provide and employ a Village Engineer.
Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, 5 members

I present herein concurring:

SECTION I. That Burgess & Niple Co., engineers, are hereby employed
as engineers for the Village of Dublin on the terms and conditions set forth in

the proposed contract att9.ched hereto and made a part hereof.

The Mayor of the Village of Dublin and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to enter into with Burgess and Niple Co. the proposed contract
attached hereto. i
SECTION II. That this Ordinance be and the same is declared to be an
emergency measure, necessary for the public safety and general welfare of the
Village of Dublin and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
immediately upon passage.
