AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON THE FOLLOWING ROADS,
DRIVES AND ALLEYS III THE VI LLAG E OF DUBUN: BRAND ROAD, COFFMAN ROAD,
GUCK ROAD, TULlER ROAD, SHIER-RINGS ROAD, TRAIlS END DRIVE AND A
( PORTION uF TF..E ALLEY EAST OF THE FIRE HOUSE.
WHEREAS: There is a need for improvemmts on the above named Roads,
drives and alleys:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Counoil of the Village of
Dublin, state of Ohio, .!2.- of the eleoted members oonourring:
SECTION 1. That the Village Administrator be, and. he hereby is,
authorized and direoted to advertise for bids, for two suooessive
weeks, for the improvements on the above named Roads, Drives and
Alleys, oonsisting of edging, oleaning, pre-leveling with blaoktop
and sealing, inoluding all labor, materials and equipment neoessary,
in aooordanoe with the plans and speoifioations prepared by the
Village Engineer and presently on file in the offioe of the Clerk-
Treasurer. All bids shall be sealed and. shall be filed with the
Village Administrator of the Village of Dublin before 12:00 Noon 11.8 .T.
e April 27, 1974, at whioh time said bids shall be opened.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinanoe be, and the same hereby is, deolared to
be an emergency measure , neoessary for the immediate preservation of
the public safety for the reason that the improvement of these Roads,
Drives and. Alleys is presently needed to proteot the safety of the
residents of the Village, and that this Ordinanoe shall take effeot
and be in foroe immediately upon its passage.
