Council heard a request from ~~. C.0. Kennedy for rezoning six acres on the
south-east oorner of Wilcox Rd. and US 33 to Industrial. the request was refer ed
to the Planning ahd Zoming Commission far approval.
Mr. Foreman, representing rloosier Engineering, was present to question the
double building permit fee charged to his firm by the State and the Village.
kr. Frambes explained the need to his apparent satisfaction.
Ord. 16-68, confirming the appointment of 1.Jr. Gerald L~cklin to the:-'lanning
and ~oning Commission 1~S intrroduced by Dixon and Denney moved, seconded by
Ulrey, to do a'l~y with the three time reading rule. Vote on the Motion was

for the Kennedy rezoning request.
