Roll call was held as follows: Denney, present; Dixon, present; McCoy', present; Sheldon, present; Ulrey, present; Karrer, present. The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved as read. The following bills were submitted for Geo. Byers, Sons Inc. $ 23.11 Columbus Blank Book Co. 5.00 Norman Thomas 10.00 Norman Thomas 21.00 John I. Thomas 45.00 Rodger Smith 24.00 Ulrey moved, seconded by Denney, that the animous. pa~nnent : Cruiser maintenance Clerk supplies Truck ~sintenance Snow Plow duty Police Duty Light fixtures for bills be paid. Vote Dixon introduced Ord.jj/-68, accepting the bid of Coffman Excavatig Co. and entering into contract for the 1~nterey Dr. storm sewer project. Ulrey moved, seconded by Denney, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Vote on the Ordinance was unanimous. Council heard a letter from the Trustees of the Dublin Community Church requesting information regarding the o'lmership of the alley behind the Church, Yne clerk was instructed to research it and reply. The Solicitor was asked to prepare an Ordinance to prohibit parking in the alleys in the Business District.
