~- WEERBAS Sheican Sheidon was appointed as a member of the village planning
-.J and zoning oo~ssion for an un-expired term beginning Januarr 1. 1969
and ending.onJa~ua~ 1. 1971. and
WHEREAS the r-layor has reappointed Sherman Sheldon'to'.serve as a member
of the village planning and zoning oommission for a 6 year term oommenoing
january 1. 1971 ,and ending january 1, 1977 and.
Whereas Counoil is of the opinion thar said Shercan Sheldon is qualified
for suoij position and appointment .
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin
state of Ohio, ~ of the eleated members oonourring.
Seotion 1. That the appointment of Sherman Sheddon by the Mayor as a
member of the village planning and zoning oommission for a six year
term oommenoing January 1, 19'0. and ending January I, 1977 be and it
hereby is oonfirmed.
Seotion 2., That,this ordinanoe Shall take effeot and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
