I I I a..t [ Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all six I I I (6) of the members elected herein concurring: SECTION 1. That bursuant to the authority given by the Code and afte the appointment and recoJmendation of the Mayor, Council of the Village of / I Dublin does hereby ratify, I confirm and appoint Harold Rose as Marshall of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and does hereby ratify, confirm and appoint Harold Rose as Street suplrintendent of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. SECTION 2. The laid Harold Rose shall be paid an annual salary for ~ I his duties as Marshall of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, commencing with the I " I r' passage of this ordinance in the amount of $3,360.00 per year. S~CTION #. The laid Harold Rose shall be paid an annual salary of .. $1,960.00 per year commlncing with the passage of this ordinance for his duties as Street superinteJdent. I SECTION 4. That the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Dublin shall I pay the said Harold Rose the combined salaries in equal bi-monthly install- I ments on the 1st and 15th hays of each month respectively. I ' SECTION 5,. That ithe said Harold Rose shall be subject to call 24 hours a day and that his rn:inimum work week shall be 40 hours per week. SECTION 6. The laid Harold Rose shall have a vacation of two weeks I I per year at full salary at ~uch time as the Mayor shall direct. I r ., SECTION 7. The said Harold Rose shall be paid the sum of $175.00 per year for uniform allolance and that said sum shall be paid in semi-annua I ... installments of $87.50 ealh. This ordinance shall supersede and replace the previou ordinance employing Haro~d ~,Rose as Marshall of the Village of Dublin and all p~ovisions of the previlus ordinance inconsistent herewith are hereby re- pealed. 11 SECTION 9.
