Ordinance to provide and employ a village engineer.
~, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
members present herein concurring:
. SECTION I. That Burgess & Niple Co.; engineers, are hereby

I employed as engineers for the Village of Dublin on the terms and conditions
I set forth in the proposed contract attached hereto and made a part hereof.
I The Mayor of the Village of Dublin is hereby authorized to enter

SECTION II. That this ordinance be; and the same hereby is,

I declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and I
general welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing
will enable the Village to have the services of an engineer to prepare a
feasibility report for a water system in the Village of Dublin and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
