AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A .CHANGE IN ZONING, OF: CER.TAIN REAL ESTATE FROM RESIDENTIA L TO COMMERCIA L DISTRICT A \ WHEREAS, on March 30, 1970, a request was made in writing ; to Village Council to rezone the real estate hereinafter described from I ! \ '-" Residential to Commercial District A; and WHEREAS, on April 7, 1970, the proposal was submitted to the Planning Commission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for approval, disapprova or recommendation; and WHEREAS, on April 20, 1970, the said Planning Commission reported to the Village Council that it recommended approval of the aforesaid change in zoning; and WHEREAS, on April 20, 1970, the contents of this Ordinance, together with the report of said Planning Commission, was filed for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk where it has remained, and , \ WHEREAS, on April 20, 1970, Council set the matter down for --- a public hearing to be held on June I, 1970, at 8:00 p, M. as required by - , law; and WHEREAS, on June 1, 1970,. after due notice, said public hearing was held. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village , , of Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring: j , SEC TION 1. That the following described real estate situated in the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall be and it hereby is rezoned from Residential to Commercial District A, and made part of Commercial District A of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and shall be subject to the \ I regulations as set forth in Ordinance No.3-54 as amended pertaining to i " Commercial District A : Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin and the Village of Dublin, and being Lot No. 133, as shown upon the plat of the Town of Dublin as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 199 of the Recorder's Office of Franklin County, Ohio.
