VILLAGE OF DUB~IN, omo AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM AGRICULTURAL AND RESIDENTIA L TO COMMERCIA L DISTRICT B WHEREAS, on J ~ N" I r , 1970, a request was made in writing to Village Council to rezone the real estate hereinafter described - ',I /__ from Agricultural and Residential to Commercial District B; and i ~,I'.A WHEREAS. on \==' ~ IS ,~ , 1970, the proposal was submitted to the Planning Commission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for approval, disapproval or recommendation; and WHEREAS, on FE"B _ Y , 1970, the said Planning Commission reported to the Village Council that it ~ a. <. ~ n M E ~ ~ ~ ,l\ J \? f ~ ~ 'f ~ \ the aforesaid change in zoning; and WHEREAS, on \= E & .. ~_, 1970, the contents of this Ordinance, together with the report of said Planning Commission, was filed for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk where it has remained. .- and 11 .. . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the following described real estate situated in the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall be and it hereby is rezoned from Agricultural and Residential to Commercial District B, and made part of \ ' I ~:T Commercial District B of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and shall be subject / '~ /, to the regulations as set forth in Ordinance No.3-54 as amended pertaining / I to Commercial Distriet B: / I Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of. / Dublin, and being part of a 79.92 acre tract of land described ! in a deed to Samuel McGurer of record in Deed Book 1911, / Page 34, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and being/ i' more particularly described as follows: .I / f i , , / I I I /' ) ------ . ~l I.
