AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING
OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM AGRICULTURAL
AND RESIDENTIA L TO COMMERCIA L DISTRICT B
WHEREAS, on J ~ N" I r , 1970, a request was made
in writing to Village Council to rezone the real estate hereinafter described

',I /__ from Agricultural and Residential to Commercial District B; and

~,I'.A WHEREAS. on \==' ~ IS ,~ , 1970, the proposal was
submitted to the Planning Commission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for
approval, disapproval or recommendation; and
WHEREAS, on FE"B _ Y , 1970, the said Planning
Commission reported to the Village Council that it ~ a. <. ~ n M E ~ ~ ~ ,l\
J \? f ~ ~ 'f ~ \ the aforesaid change in zoning; and
WHEREAS, on \= E & .. ~_, 1970, the contents of this
Ordinance, together with the report of said Planning Commission, was filed
for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk where it has remained.

at 8:00 P. M. as required by'iaw; and

public hearing was held.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate situated in
the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall be and it hereby is rezoned from
Agricultural and Residential to Commercial District B, and made part of

to the regulations as set forth in Ordinance No.3-54 as amended pertaining /

Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of. /
Dublin, and being part of a 79.92 acre tract of land described !
in a deed to Samuel McGurer of record in Deed Book 1911, /
Page 34, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and being/ i'

, Beginning at a point at the intersection of the northerly
property line of the said 79.92 acre tract of land and the
westerly right-of-way line of Sawmill Road" said point being
55.00 feet left of station 85+ 56. 15 of the centerline of
construction of Sawmill Road;
Thence S 30 00' 22" W" 200.00 feet along the westerly
right-of-way line of Sawmill Road to a point;

Thence N 86 23' 38" W, 200.00 feet to a pomt;

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
