AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING. ' I
OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM AGRICULTURAL AND
RESIDENTIA L TO COMMERCIA L DISTRICT C ,

WHEREAS, on J A~, \~ . 1970. a request was made in
::- writing to Village Council to rezone the real estate hereinafter described
LJ from Agricultural and Residential to Commercial District C; and

WHEREAS, on \-ER , 1970. the proposal was
submitted to the Planning Commission of the Village of Dublin. Ohio. for
approval. disapproval or recommendation; and
WHEREAS, on FE\S .y . 1970. the said Planning

\\~~R~\C\\\ the aforesaid change in zoning; and
WHEREAS. on \=E.R ' ytl . 1970. the contents of this
Ordinance. together with the report of said Planning Commission, was filed
for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk where it has remained.

NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin. State of Ohio. ~ of the elected members
concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate situated
in the Village of Dublin. Ohio. shall be and it hereby is rezoned from
Agricultural and R'esidential to Commercial District C. and made part of
