ORDINANCE NO. I b -7 0 . VILLAGE OF DUBLIN. OHIO
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING LOWEST AND BEST BID
FOR GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTING AND
HA ULING SERVICE TO THE VILLAGE; AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT;

;~1\' WHEREAS. pursuant to Ordinance 10..10 bids have been
" T' received for garbage and rubbish collecting and hauling service to the Village;
and
WHEREAS. Council has determined that the bid of JI.~A 1) J...E.~
RE ~lJS E..tttf I-IAUL/A16- is the lowest and best bid;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin. State of Ohio. .s- of the elected,members concurring:
SE.CTION 1. That the bid of #;:11 DL.Eb ~ c FJ.J J E.'

service to the Village be. and it hereby is. accepted.
. SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be. md they hereby are.
authorized and directed to execute a contract in the name qf the Village.

safety of the residents of the Village since the current contract expires
MarCh 1. 1970. and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage. i
