That as a precedent to the approval of a plat for any subd~vision the subdivider shall fully comply with all the terms, conditions and specifications as set forth in the standard specifications in Exhibit "Att, attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance hereof as if fully rewritten herein. . SECTION 2.
