Accepting application for annexation of territory.
. Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio:

SECTION 1. That the application of Helen L. Brown for the annex-
ation of the following described territory in the County of Franklin and adja-
cent to the Village of Dublin, towwit:

the Clerk of Council of said Village, be and the same is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force im...
mediately and is declared to ba an emergency measure for the general welfare
