territory in the County of Franklin and adjacent to the Village of Dublin, to-wit:
Situated in the State of Ohio, , County of Franklin, Township
of Washington; Virginia Military Lands and being more particularly

Beginning at a point in the existing Village of Dublin
Corporation Line as the same was established by Dublin Ordinance
No. 20-66 and shown of record in Miscellaneous Volume 142, Page
54, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said point being the
intersection of a line 25 feet northerly from (as measured at right
angles) the existing centerline of Shier-Rings Road and the westerly

L Pursuant to a resolution a~opted by the Board of County Commissioners \
of Franklin County, Ohio, on December 17, 1969, granting agent, Conrad
Carnes, leave to file an amended plat and description for the proposed
annexation of approximately 122+ Acres in Washington Township to the Village
of Dublin, Ohio, same came on, and the agent, Conrad Carnes, filed the
amended plat and description, said amended description reads as follows:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, TO\'1nship of Washingto ,
Virginia Ni1itary Lands and being more particularly described as follows:

The Board, having considered all of the facts with reference thereto,
and being fully advised, finds that said ,amended petition contains all the
matters required by law; that the territory sought to be annexed is
adjacent and contiguous to said Vi11~e of Dublin, Ohio; that the amended
petition contains a full and complete description of said territory sought
to be annexed; that the map for said territory attached .tosaid amended
petition'is accurate; that the territory sought to be annexed is not
unreasonably large, and the general good of the territory sought to be
annexed will be served if the annexation petition is granted; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED,' on mati on of Mr. South\'li ck, seconded by
Mr. Dorrian, that the prayer of said petition as amended be granted; and
that the territory described in said amended petition be annexed to the
Vi 11 age of Dub1 in, Ohio, in accordance wi th the 1 aN; and that the orders
f ' and proceedings of this Board relating to said matter be deposited at once
with the Clerk of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.

- Mr. Southwick offered the following resolution and moved the adoption of
the same, which was duly seconded by Mr. Dorrian

I The undersigned, petitioners in the premises, and being a majority of
\ I the adult resident freeholders of a certain area as hereinafter described,
..- consisting of 122 acres, more or less, in the Township of Washington, which
is contiguous and adjacent to the Village ,of Dublin, hereby pray that said
territory be annexed to the Village of Dublin, according to the statutes!of
the State of Ohio. A full and accurate description and plat of said territory
so prayed to be annexed are attached hereto and made part hereof.
Your petitioners state that there are within the ~rea so prayed to be
