ORDINANCE NO. 0 / ~ - hOOF THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, OHIO.,
Ordinance giving final appointment to Gary Termeer as Marshall.
Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all
of the.members elected herein concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the Village of Dublin at the end
~ of his: probationary period of appointment of Gary Termeer as Marshall,
I I reported to Council that the employee's service was satisfactory and recom-
~ mended to Council his permanent employment and that the Mayor desired to
finally appoint Gary Termeer as Marshall.
SECTION 2. That the Council unanimously concurs with the Mayor
that said employee be finally appointed and that said employee is, by this
Ordinance, finally appointed as Marshall.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general wel-
fare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will
I enable the village to have police service and that this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
