SECTION 1- For the period beginning with the effective date of this

its successors and assiens, (herein called the "company"), is hereby vested with
the right to light with electricity the intersection of Bridge Street and Iii~l
Street in the Village of Dublin, Ohio, (herein ce21ed the "Village"), and the
Corr.pany shall have t:,e rit;ht to charge and recd ve from the Village pa.yment for
said services in accordance with the fOllmTing rate:

SECTION 2. payment for the service 1UTI1ished hereunder shall be made
monthly in accordance with bills rendered therefor by the Company at the pnd of
each period, each payment to be due ,nthin fifteen days of the submission of the
bill therefor, overdue payments to bear interest at the rate of &~ per annum
until paid. Should the Village default in four successive payments, the Company
may at any time discontinue service hereunder ~~thout notice so long as any de-

The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the Village of Dublin
was held Monday, April 7, 1958, with Mayor W. Ralph uones presiding.

George Eger moved the acceptance of the following ordinance;
"ORDINANCE NO. 04-58 ~
, AN CRDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR FURNISHING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING A 400 wIATT
MERCURY VAPCR STREET LIGHT AT THE COONER OF BRIDGE STREET AND HIGH STREET IN
THE VILlAGE OF DUB UN , FRANKUN COUNTY, OHIO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VI LLAGE OF OOBUN, OHIO.
SECTION 1. For the period beginning with the effective date of this
Ordinance and ending on July 1, 1967, Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric
Company its successors and assigns, (herein called the "eompany"), is hereby
vested with the right to light with electricity the intersection of Bridge
Street and High Street in the Village of Dublin, Ohio, (herein called the
"Village"), and the Company shall have the right to charge and receive from the
Village payment for said services in accordance with the following rate.
Based on all niaht burnina 365 days per year. or

each period, each payment to be due within fifteen days of the submission of the
bill therefor, overdue payments to bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum
until paid. Should the Village default in four successive payments, the Company
may at any time discontinue service hereunder without notice so long as any
default exists; provided, however, that no charge shall be made by the Company
for service hereunder during any period which service is so discontinued.

from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
