Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; all six of the members elected herein concurring: \.." SECTION 1. That the purchase of police radar equipment for the police cruiser as of the date of January 6, 1958, is hereby ratified and confirmed as to said purchase of said radar equipment at a consideration price of $ ? r 7.10 0 . SECTION 2. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby de- clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio for the reason that the foregoing will enable the Village to have police service and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. /~~ I President of Council . ....
