Whereas Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has submitted to

the Planning Commission for its recommendation the proposed modification of
changing aforesaid mentioned Lot from residential to commercial zoning and
the report of the Planning Commission to Council was said Planning Commission
would recommend the change and that Council set the matter down for public
hearing after thirty days notice, and,
Whereas said public hearing was held June 11, 1956; it is ordained
by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio that Lot No. /.3 0 , ;;;'/4 L
-.AI AO.Qition of Dublin, Ohio, shall be changed from residential to commer-
cial zoning.
That the vote was an unanimous vote of the four members present at the
Council meeting of the six elected members.
f) It is further,ordained that this ordinance be an emergency ordinance
,-J necessary for the health of the community in giving increased medical services
to the community; said emergency being an unanimous vote of the four members
present at the Council meeting of the six elected members.
