A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.098 ACRE,
MORE OR LESS, FEE SIMPLE INTEREST, A 0.114 ACRE, MORE
OR LESS, PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT, AND A 0.528
ACRE, MORE OR LESS, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT, FROM HDB LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, LOCATED
EAST OF WILCOX ROAD AND NORTH OF INNOVATION
DRIVE, CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF
OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to relocate and reconstruct the
intersection of Wilcox Road and Innovation Drive; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple
interest, permanent utility easement and temporary construction easement in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibits "A ", "B" and "C" located in the City of
Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW THEREFPRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, (— of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate,
for the purpose of relocating and reconstructing the intersection of Wilcox Road and
Innovation Drive, a fee simple interest, permanent utility easement and temporary
construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and
more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A ", "B" and

Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
having an interest of record in the above - described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

Attached, please find resolution numbers 09 -01 and 10 -01 concerning the right -of -way
easements and temporary construction easements for reconstruction of the intersection of
Innovation Drive and Wilcox Road, and construction of a traffic circle at Norn Street and Rings
Road, as shown on the attached exhibit, approved by the Southwest Area Traffic Task Force and
City Council.
Phase II Traffic Calming also includes construction of parking islands on Norn Street, as shown
on the attached exhibit.
