CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Amorose Groomes called the Monday, August 3, 2026 Special Meeting of Dublin
City Council to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present were Ms. Alutto, Mayor Amorose Groomes, Vice Mayor De Rosa, Ms. Johnson, Mr.
Keeler and Ms. Kramb. Dr. Lam was absent.
ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Amorose Groomes moved to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of
considering the purchase of property for public purposes.
Ms. Alutto seconded the motion.
Vote on the motion: Mr. Keeler, yes; Vice Mayor De Rosa, yes; Ms. Johnson, yes; Mayor
Amorose Groomes, yes; Ms. Kramb, yes; Ms. Alutto, yes.
The meeting was reconvened and adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
