APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS
AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN AND
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BRIDGE PARK
NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Council has completed its assessment regarding positions on City boards
and commissions for terms beginning June 1, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, __'7 _ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Jamey Chinnock and Kathy Harter are hereby reappointed to four-year
terms on the Planning and Zoning Commission, such terms expiring on May 31,
2030.
Section 2. Stasia Suleiman is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the
Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on May 31, 2029.
Section 3. Bridget Tyznik is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Board
of Zoning Appeals, such term expiring on May 31, 2029.
Section 4. Ingrid Fields and Dana Mack are hereby appointed to two-year terms on
the Community Services Advisory Committee, such terms ending May 31, 2028,
and Victoria Guinther is hereby reappointed to a two-year term on the Community
Services Advisory Committee, such term ending May 31, 2028.
Section 5. Lauren Hunter is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the
Personnel Board of Review, such term expiring May 31, 2029.
Section 6. Edward Armstrong is hereby appointed as a citizen representative on the
Bridge Park New Community Authority, such term expiring May 31, 2028; and
Lynn Readey is hereby reappointed to a two-year term as a citizen representative on
the Bridge Park New Community Authority, such term expiring May 31, 2028.
Section 7. Steven Dickman, Benedict Awo and Tom Holton are hereby appointed to
two-year terms on the Veterans Advisory Committee, such terms expiring May
31, 2028.
Section 8. Lisa Baer and Ron Barnes are hereby reappointed to two-year terms on
the Chief’s Advisory Committee, such term expiring May 31, 2028.
Section 9. Mike Stull is hereby reappointed to a two-year term as the citizen
representative on the Dublin Arts Council, such term expiring May 31, 2028.
Section 10. Deborah Rogner is hereby appointed to a two-year term on the Tax
Board of Review, such term expiring May 31, 2028; and Bill Root is hereby
reappointed to a two-year term on the Tax Board of Review, such term expiring
May 31, 2028.
Section 11. David Walsh is hereby reappointed to a two-year term on the Records
Commission, such term expiring May 31, 2028.
Section 12. Each of the above-named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 13. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed
shall receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members
appointed herein shall serve without compensation.

Section 14. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
