APPOINTING MEMBER TO
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, a resignation has caused a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning
Commission for a term ending May 31, 2028; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed applicants and has selected a candidate for
appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ‘L_ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Victoria Newell is hereby appointed to fulfill an unexpired term on the
Planning and Zoning Commission, such term expiring on May 31, 2028.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
