CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Amorose Groomes called the Tuesday, February 17, 2026 Special Meeting of
Dublin City Council to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present were Ms. Alutto, Mayor Amorose Groomes, Vice Mayor De Rosa, Ms. Johnson, Mr.
Keeler, Ms. Kramb and Dr. Lam.
STAFF PRESENT: Megan O'Callaghan
ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Amorose Groomes moved to adjourn to executive session for personnel matters to
consider the employment of a public employee.
Ms. Alutto seconded the motion.
Vote on the motion: Ms. Kramb, yes; Ms. Alutto, yes; Dr. Lam, yes; Ms. Johnson, yes;
Vice Mayor De Rosa, yes; Mayor Amorose Groomes, yes; Mr. Keeler, yes.
The meeting was reconvened and adjourned at 6:00 p.m. Ct AS.
