Resolution No. 08-26 Passed ;
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD FOR THE
CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, a member of the Architectural Review Board was appointed to fulfill a
vacancy of an unexpired term on the Planning and Zoning Commission creating a
vacancy on the Architectural Review Board; and
WHEREAS, an appointment for this vacancy must be made within 60 days per the
Revised Charter of the City of Dublin; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed applicants and has selected a candidate for
appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, _“/__ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Terry Seidel is appointed to a fulfill an unexpired term on the
Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on May 31, 2028.
Section 2. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a)
of the Revised Charter.
