Resolution No. 66-25 Passed :
APPOINTING MEMBER TO
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, a resignation has caused a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning
Commission for a term ending May 31, 2027; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed applicants and has selected a candidate for
appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ly of the elected members concurring that:
section 1. Hilary Damaser is hereby appointed to fulfill an unexpired term on the Planning and Zoning Commission, such term beginning January 1, 2026 and expiring on May 31, 2027.
section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
section 3. The member of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall receive compensation as established by City Council.
section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
