Meeting Minutes
Ms. De Rosa called the February 5, 2025 Administrative Committee meeting to order at
4:47 p.m.
Committee Members Present: Vice Mayor Alutto, Ms. De Rosa, Ms. Kramb
Staff Present: Ms. Delgado
Approval of Minutes
Ms. De Rosa moved to approve the minutes of the December 3, 2024 Administrative Committee
meeting.
Vice Mayor Alutto seconded the motion.
Vote on the motion: Ms. Kramb, yes; Vice Mayor Alutto, yes; Ms. De Rosa, yes.
Items for Discussion
Board and Commission Attendance Report
Ms. De Rosa introduced the topic by stating that staff provided an attendance report in the
packet for the Committee’s review.
Ms. Delgado noted that beginning in 2025, the Community Inclusion Advisory Committee
(CIAC) will be meeting every other month. She also noted that Council will have to
determine how the changes made to the establishing resolutions last year will affect certain
members’ terms. The resolutions were changed to allow maximum flexibility to Council in
appointing members to their boards, commissions and committees.
The Committee requested the pre-recruitment reports be provided at their next meeting in
March to begin to assess what vacancies will exist this year.
2025 Administrative Committee Meeting Schedule - Revised
Ascheduling conflict has become apparent for Ms. De Rosa due to the Planning and Zoning
Commission (PZC) Agenda meetings she is required to attend as the Council Liaison. The
PZC Agenda meetings have been moved to Wednesdays which will conflict with the
Administrative Committee schedule. Committee members reviewed their calendars and the
consensus was to meet the first Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

Adjourn to Executive Session
Ms. De Rosa moved to adjourn to executive session for purposes of:
e Personnel Matters: Considering the Employment of a Public Employee
Vice Mayor Alutto seconded the motion.
Vote on the motion: Ms. De Rosa, yes; Vice Mayor Alutto, yes; Ms. Kramb, yes.
