A RESOLUTION DECLARING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4949 THORNHILL LANE,
-- DUBLIN, OHIO, TO BE A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND DIRECTING THE LAW
DIRECTOR TO ABATE THE SAME AND
I DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, that certain property located at 4949 Thornhill Lane in the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, is presently in violation of numerous sections
of the Dublin Codified Ordinances pertaining to Blights and Blemishes,
Wrecked Vehicles and operating a business in a residential area; and
WHEREAS, said violations constitute a public nuisance in the Village of
Dublin; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin has caused the property owner, John Moro,
to be duly notified on numerous occasions of these violations by various
Village employees; and
WHEREAS, said property owner has been previously cited into Dublin Mayor's
Court due to said violations; and
WHEREAS, said property owner has established a pattern of temporarily
correcting said violations when contacted by Village employees; and
WHEREAS, said violations continue to reoccur; and
WHEREAS, said property owner continues to be in violation of various
sections of the Dublin Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring, that:
Section 1. The said property located at 4949 Thornhill Lane, Dublin,
Ohio, due to the various and continuing violations of Village ordinances
relating to Blights and Blemishes, Wrecked Vehicles and Home
Occupations, be and is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
Section 2. The property owner, John Moro, shall be served with a copy
of this Resolution with the provisions that all violations shall be
permanently corrected so as not to constitute a public nuisance and
shall be completed within ten (10) days.
Section 3. Upon the failure of the property owner to correct all said
violations, the Law Director of the Village of Dublin be and hereby is
directed to take all appropriate remedies to abate the aforementioned
nuisance.
Section 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety
_ and welfare to abate a public nuisance and shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.

RE: 4444 Tuller Road, Perry Township, Tax District 215, Parcel (I10.
Dear Ms. Thomas:
As a result of a public complaint, an inspection was made of your
property located on Riverside Drive bounded by I270 to the south and the
Scioto River to the west on January 9, 1987.
At the time of this inspection there was found to be open dumping taking
place on your property at the aforementioned location. Most of this
fill is clean demolition material but there is also solid waste being
illegally dumped there. Solid waste consist of garbage and trash, etc.
This condition is in violation of the Franklin County District Board of
Health Sanitary Regulation If702 and 25. You are hereby ordered to
immediately secure the property against all unauthorized entry. Haul
away all garbage and solid waste material within 7 days. Level and
cover the site with earth within 30 days.
The time limit above will be permitted for compliance and a reinspection
will be made at a later date. Failure to comply with this order may
result in legal proceedings.
