NOW, TH REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that:

Gerber on the Planning & Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31,
2009.
~ Section 2. The above-named erson shall serve until a successor is a ointed or

Section 3. The member of Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council. '
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
