Roundtable Discussion Mr. Mand - requested that the time spent discussing issues during Council meetings be recorded in the minutes of each meeting. Mr. Shawan - questioned Mr. Sheldon as to whether anything has been done about having the owner clean-up the corner of 161-S.R. 257. At this time, Mr. Geese requested Mr. Sheldon write a letter to Mr. Immke, Mr. Thomas, and Cardinal Foods, general partners in the project, informing them Council would like to see a reasonable effort made to clean up this corner. Mr. Shawan added that Mr. Sheldon should tell them if they did not attend to this matter, the Village would, and these owners would then be billed for the service.
