The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held on Mar. 18, 1968
at 8:00 PM at the MUnicipal Building with Mayor Jaok Frambes presiding.
Roll oall was held as follows; Denney, present; Dixon, present; Karrer, present;
MCCoy, present; Shwldon, present; Ulrey, present.
The following bills were submitted for payment:
Columbia Gas of Ohio Ino. $& 18.42
Burgess & Nip1e Ltd. 166.60
Sheldon moved, seoonded by Ulrey to pay the bills. Vote thereon was unan-
imous.
Counci1,disoussed the proposed rezoning of the MOGurer property but took no a
aotion.
Counoil disoussed the summer reoreation program and will deoide at the next
meeting who tb hire as direotor.
Council discussed the ownership of tbe Artz oemetery and agreed to try and
determine if the Village has any resposibility for it's upkeep.
The meeting was observed by a group of Boy Soouts led by Iv.Ir. Shawan.
Counoil decided to prepare oopy for pub1ioizing the May bond issues.
Sheldon and Ulrey agreed to aot as representative~ to the Sohoo1 Board
Advisory Couhci1.
Denney was appointed Civil Defense representative.
Counoi1 disous~ed a new fire safety offioer and the salary to be paid. Mr.
Jim Moffitt was mentioned bit no aotion taken.
