The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8 :00 PM at

Sheldon moved, sevonded by Karrer, that the bill be paid. Vote thereon was:
Denney, yes; Dixon, pass; Karrer, yes; MCCoy, yes; Sheldon, yes; Ulrey, yes.
Mrs. Hornung addressed Council regarding the oontinuing interest of the
Library Assoc. in a new library in the Village.
Mr. John Selby addressed Council regarding the proposed bond issues for
sewer andwater for the Village. He stated that two issues would be req-
uired.
5beldon introduced Res. 02-68 declaring the necessity of the ballot for
WKX~xzmi sewers. Ulrey moved, seconded by Karrer, to dispense with the ~
thre~ time reading rule. Vote on the motion was: Denney,yes; Dixon, pass;

MCCoy introduced Res. 03-68 for water. Sheldon moved, seconded by Ulrey,
to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was:

Ulrey introduced res. 04-68 approving report of the assessment equal-
ization board for the Monterey Dr, storm sewer project. Denney moved, seco
nded by Ulrey, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote
on the l~tion was : Dixon, pass; Karrer, yes; McCoy, yes; Sheldon, yes.

Sheldon introduc ed res. 05-68 setting Mar. 4, 1968 as a Public
Hearing on the rezoning of the McGurer property. Denney moved, seconded by
Mc!oy, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion
was: Dixon, pass, Karrer, yes; Sheldon, yes; Ulrey, yes. Vote on the
Resolution was: Denney, yes; Dixon, pass; Karrer, yes; IVIcCoy, yes;
Sheldon, yes; Ulrey, yes.
Council was informed that l'llrS. Luten is withdrawing her petition regarding
the vacation of a strip of land along Riverview.
Sheldon introduced Ord. 05-68 setting the salary for the l~rshal. Sheldon :0..
