" the following bill WaS submitted for payment: Franklin Co. Regional Planning Comm. $ 66.00 Sheldon moved, sevonded by Karrer, that the bill be paid. Vote thereon was: Denney, yes; Dixon, pass; Karrer, yes; MCCoy, yes; Sheldon, yes; Ulrey, yes. Mrs. Hornung addressed Council regarding the oontinuing interest of the Library Assoc. in a new library in the Village. Mr. John Selby addressed Council regarding the proposed bond issues for sewer andwater for the Village. He stated that two issues would be req- uired. 5beldon introduced Res. 02-68 declaring the necessity of the ballot for WKX~xzmi sewers.
