Vote thereon was unanimous. The w~yor, the Clerk, Mr. Dixon and ~tr. Denny were sworn into their respeotive offices by the Honorable Judge Clayton W. Rose. Mr. Kose and ~tr. Dixon reported on their ,findings regarding the proposed library in the Village. lbe library would have to be a branoh of one of the existing libraries in the County and a con- tract agreement would halTe to be reached with one of the eight. Council was informed that ffiK. Edward Daniels of the Colunilius ~b- lio Library would speak to Counoil if desired. lhe Clerk was instr- ucted to write him and set a date for him to appear. Sheldon introduced resolution 15-67 authorizing the filing of an applioation with HOO for funds to oonstuot a sewer and water system in the Village. Karrer moved, seconded by Ulrey, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous.
