presiding.

Karrer moved, seoonded by Ulrey, that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
The w~yor, the Clerk, Mr. Dixon and ~tr. Denny were sworn into their
respeotive offices by the Honorable Judge Clayton W. Rose.
Mr. Kose and ~tr. Dixon reported on their ,findings regarding the
proposed library in the Village. lbe library would have to be a
branoh of one of the existing libraries in the County and a con-
tract agreement would halTe to be reached with one of the eight.
Council was informed that ffiK. Edward Daniels of the Colunilius ~b-
lio Library would speak to Counoil if desired. lhe Clerk was instr-
ucted to write him and set a date for him to appear.
Sheldon introduced resolution 15-67 authorizing the filing of an
applioation with HOO for funds to oonstuot a sewer and water system
in the Village. Karrer moved, seconded by Ulrey, to dispense with the
three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Vote on
the Resolution was unanimous.

Council was informed that the County Budget Commission had notified
the Clerk that $ 15,000.00 would be allocated to the Village from
Local Government funds in 1968.
