The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at the
Munioipal Building on Deoember 4. 1967 with Mayor Jaok Frambe~ presiding.

Counoil disoussed with members of the Indian Run Library Asseo. the possib-
ility of oreating a library in the Village. Counoil agreed to pllrsue the
question and aot as' soon as' posrlble. Mrs. Loveland, the spokeman fer the
Assooiatien, pledged the support of that group.
Karrer moved the adoption of the Resdution aooepting the tax rates for the 1<( -b 7
CQnnning yeM". Dixon seoonded the motion. vote thereon was: Dixon, yes',;
Karrer, yes; McCoy, yes; Sheldon, yes~; Smith, absent; Ulrey, yes.
Messrs. MYers and Rose reported on the reoent trip to Chioago to meet
with the bcal HUD representatives. They had been advised to combine the s
sewer end we;ter portions of the request inte one request. They were alse
advised that lean meney was available fer the purpose 0f sellLing bends
if faverable sale of same was not possible through regular ohannels.
They reooomrnended that the voted portion of the finanoing be plaoed on the
ballot in thecMay election.
