The regular meeting or the Dublin Village Counoil was held at the
Munioipal Building en ~.r~~X November 20, 1967 with Mayor
Jaok Frambes' presiding.
Rell Call Was held as follews: Dixon, present; Karrer, present;
NJCCQY, absent, Sheldon, present; Smith, J~.Il.lIl1tJ absent; Ulrey, present.
'fhe fellewing bill was approved for payment:
Riohard Netting $ 61.81 Cruiser radio repair
Shelden moved, seconded by Ulrey, that the bill be paid. Vote thereon
was': Dix€ln, yes; Karrer, yes.
Carel S. Kennedy submitted a request for rezoning on a five acre
tract at the oor-ner or Wiloox Rd. and US II for a proposed bi.-
medioal laboratory. Shelden moved t. refer the request t. the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commis~i0n f~r recGmmendation.
Ceuncil authorized the mayor t. have the Christmas lights renovated
and agreed t. spend up to one hundred dollars for this purpose.
Ceunoil was rsminded that the dslegatien to Chioago fer the purpese
of requesting Federal assisstanoe en the sewer and water projeot waif
to .leave the next day, November 21, 1967.

Ceuncil heard a letter from the Planning and Zoning Commission to
the effeot that the ThourQfare Plan as amended has been adepted at
their last meeting.
Counoil was informed that the Village Engineer had inspeoted the site
of the J .A. Guy Ino. building on N. High St. and that his repert was
that ne measurable enoroaohment had taken plaoe.
The new Building Regulatien legislation Was tabled due te the absenoe
of two sf the committee members.
Care>l S. Kennedy spoke te 6ounoil regarding a library for the Vi1l1age
of Dublin and promised to help finanoially if enough interest were
shown by the rest of the oommunity.
