Vete on the motien wa's unanimous. o After holding & public Mayer's hearing at which no opposition was raised, the Mayer granted a lioense to the Tri-County Cab Co. Finanancing the proposed water and sewer system was discussed and tabled. Dixon introduced Ordinance ~-67, authorizing the Safety Director to Enter into contract for mutual Police assisstance. Karrer moved, seconded by 1~Coy, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous. vote on the Ordinance was unanimous. Council he~rd a proposal from the Favret furnace Co. regarding a heating plant for the 1fumicipal Building and requested that another bid be obtained.
