The regular meeting .f the Dublin Village Counoil was held en August 21, 1967
at the Munioipal Building with Mayer Jaok Frambes presiding.

Ceunoi1 was' presented a preposed usage efvthe 17.648 ao~ot belonging to
Mr. C.S. Kennedy. Representatives: of the RGes-1er Engineering Ce., the
proposed buyers' of the land, presented a layout of buildings, parking areas,
and landsoaping whioh they propose to constuct om the land. Sheldon intro-
duoed Ordinance 19-67, rezoning the 17.648 aore tract from residential/
agricultural t. Industrial. Dixon introduoed resolutien 11-67, setting
the matter d0Wn for public hearing on October 2, 1967. Ulrey moved, seconded
by Smith to dispemse with the three time reading rule fer the resolution.
Vete on the motion was: DixCln, yes; Karrer, yes; Shelden, yes. Vote en the
Relrolution wa;s: Dix@n, yes; Karrer, yes; Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes; Ulrey, yes.
A request was hea,rd for a Taxi-cab licence for operation within the Village.
A hearing was set fGr the September 11, 1967 meeting.
Karrer introduced erdinaace 17-67, confirming the appointment of Alan Rittepole
as Fire Safety Officer for the Village. Dixon moved, seconded by Sheldon to
dispense wtith thecthree time reading rule. Vote on the metien was: Karrer, yes;
Smith, yes; Ulrey, yes. Vete on the Ordinanoe was. Dixon, yes; Karrer, yes;
Sheldon, yes:; Smith, yes'; Ulrey, yes.

Shelden introduoed Resolution 12-67 authorizing the application for Federal
aid for the proposed sewer and water system fer the Village. Karrer meved,
seconded by Ulrey, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the
motion was: Dixon, yes; Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes. Vote on the Resollution was:
Dixon, yes; Karrer, yes; Sheldon, yes'; Smith, yes; Ulrey, yes.
Resolution 13-67 was introduced by Shelden. Dixon moved, seconded by Karrer,
to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vete on the motion was :
Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes; Ulrey, yes. Vote on the Resolution was; Dixon, yes;
Y..arrer, yea-; Sheldon, yes'; Smith, yea; Ulrey, yes.
Council heard a request from }~. J.A. Guy to vacate or sell the alley b.tween
hiss properties on N. High St. The Solicitor wa.s instucted to find the pre-

Council scheduled a special meeting for September 11 and canceled the regular
mee'ting on Sept. 4 due tl!l the labor day holiday.
