The Sanitary regs were disoussed and a.rnaded. McCoy moved, seoonded by Dixon, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Dixon introduoed Ord. 14-67 confirming the appeintment of Adam Hirth as Street Commissioner for the Village. The ordinance was' read fer the 0 1:1. ._ first time. Smith introduced Ord. 15-67 amending the Village ordinances to albw a four year term for the Mayor as prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code. The erd. ~s read fer the first time. Counoil regarding their request fer rolief from the Building Inspector's ruling en the lot on S. Riverview upon which Mr. Eberly desins to build. Upon advice of the Village Solioitor, Council denied the request and instructed the Sol iciter to draft a Resoluthn to that effeot f,.r passage at the July 3, 1967 meeting.
