The second regular meeting of the Dublin Villahe vounoil was held at 8:00 PM
at the 1funicipal Building on April 17. 1967 with Jaok Frambea presiding.
Roll q,t.ll was held as follows;: Dixon, present; Karrer. present; McCoy. present
Sheldon, present; Smith, present; Ulrey, present.
l'!'1e .hlblio Hearing on Ord.. 07-67 creating Zonlhng District "Cii was held. Addison
E. Dewey, representing the Ohio Petroleum Council, spoke in opposition to any
zoning which restriots business. Council explained that this was being oonsid-
ered to give greater latitude in the zoning classifioations and was in acoord
with the Comprehensive plan for the Village. Council assured N~. Dewey that
adequate provisions would be rnade in the overall zoning for gasoline filling
stations in their proper looations. Ulrey moved, seconded by Dixon, to dispense
with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was u..'rlanimous. Jote on Ord.
07-67 oreating zoning distriot il C Ii was unanimous.

Glenn H~C1e11and adressed Counoil regarding his requested rezoning of 1.59
acres west of the Sohool property. A speoia1 meeting W&S oalled for April 24.
1967 to reoonsider his request.
Counoil W8iS informed that the Mayor had appointed Clark Coffman to the Planning
and Zoning Commission.
Utility stubs under the Outerbelt and US 33 were discussed. A oommittee was
appointed to investigate the possibility of State or Federal partioipation
into the oost of these stubs. The committee is as follows:J ohn Moffitt, Chmn.
:::ihermsn Sheldon, Andrew Smith, Nilbur Ulrey, Robert :McCoy, Donald KOSI', Jaok
Frambes, and Clark Coffman.
Dixon introduoed Ord. 10-67, entering into a new oontraot with the E1eotric Co.
for 8treet Lights. MOCOY moved. seoonded by Smith, to dispense with the three
time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Vote on the Ord. was
ukanimous.
