Roll calx was held as follows: D~xon, present; Karrer, present; N~Coy, present; Sheldon, present; Smith, present; Ulrey, present. MoCoy introduced Resolution Ofo-~7 withdrawing the Village t s opposition to the olaim being made to a parcel of land by Don Kerston. McCoy moved, seoonded by Sheldon, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Yote on the Resolution was unanimous. A letter from h~. Joseph N~nns was read to Counoil. the letter formally protested the assesment proceedures for the Monterey Dr,. storm sewer. A similiar letter was read to Council from u~. Di Pietro. A letter from the Planning and Xoning Commission recommending approval of the ordinance establishing a buffer zone along the North fork of Indian Run and also indioating approval of the proposed business operation of Htr. 1'weedy in the Thomas Garage.
