J Rolli Call was held as follows: Dixon~ present; Karrer, present; l~Coy~ present; Sheldon, present; Smith~ present; Ulrey, present. The Minutes of the February 20, 1967 meeting were read and approved. The followimg bills were submitted for payment: Jaok Frambes $ 40.00 Erio Priday 55.80 David Headlee 251.10 Nationwide Ins. Co. 107.80 H.E. Rose 396.68 P.E.R.S. 80.14 Dublin Postmaster 4.00 C&SOE Co. '197.34 Sheldon moved~ seoonded by Ulrey, that the bills be paad. Vote thereon was unanimous. Counoil was informed that a new oontract for street lightin~ was being prepared by the Eleotrio Co. Mr. Taylor of thecRegional Planning Comm. spoke regarding the Dublin Plan and speoifioally regarding the area along SR 161 east of the River. Cliff Purvis spoke for property owners in that area requesting Commeroial zoning of a strip along the higway. Mr. fl'lvlor advised against any ohanges in the present plan in this area. o Ordinanoe 1!.-67 was introduoed by Bixon. This pertains to Sub-division Regulations for the Village. A public 'hE'l8ring was set for r'ffp" I, 1967. A resolution was pased by Counoil affirming the date of the hearing. Counoil that he is not being pa.idt for all of the stops he makes on his trash piqkup route.
