The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held on February 20,
1967 at 8:00 PM at the 1~ioipal Building with Mayor Jaok Frambes presidin g.

Roll Call was held as follows: Dixon, present; Karrer, present; MCCoy,
present; Sheldon, present; Smith, present; Ulrey, present.
Resolution 02-67 wa!s introduoed by Karrer. IDhis pertained to setting the
date .of April 3, 1967 at 8:00 PM for a Publio Hearing on the requested
rezonin~ of the MoKitrick-Shriver property. Dixon moved, seoonded by
Ulrey to dispense with the three time readmng requirement on the resolution
vote on the approval of the motion was unanimous. Vote on the annroval
of the resolution was unanimous.
Resolution 03-67 was introduoed by Dixon. This is a Resolution of neoessity
for the proposed Monterey Dr. storm sewer. Smith moved, seconded by McCoy,
to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the approval of the
motion was unanimous. Vote on the appll:oval of the Resolution was unanimous.
Resolution 04-67 was introduoed by Sheldon. This pertains to setting a
Publio Hearing on April 17, 1967 at 8 :00 PM for considering the amendment
of Ordinanoe 03-54(zoning) by Ordinanoe 07-67 to create a new zoning
distriot. Dixon moved, seconded by IooCoy to dispense with the three time
reading rule. Vote on the approval of the motion was unanimous. Vote on
the approval of the Resolution was unanimous.

MCCoy introduced ordinanoe 08-67 banning parking on the paved areas
of oertain streets in the Village. Ulrey moved, seconded by Karrer, to dis-
nense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the approval of the motion
was unanimous. Vote on the approval of the Ordirc:lJ3 was unanimous.
Sheldon introduoed ordinanoe 09-67, modifying the zoning along the
north fork of Indian Run. The ordinance was referred to the Planning And
Zoning Commission for reccommendation.
Council was notifyed that the Village did not build the road to the
pump house and further the Village had at an early date turned over to the
Township the maintenance of the pump. These weakened the Village claim
to the property in question to the extent that Counoil decided to hold
off any further legal aotion at this time.
Council heard letters from Abe Kilbury and Harold DeRhodes regarding
their desire for eventual commercial zoning along SR 161 east of the
River.
Counoil was to study the proposed "Subdivision Regulations" before the
next meeting so that action may be started to adopt them.
