The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil, wa.s held on Janua.ry 16, 1967
at 8 :00 PM at the Municipal Building With Mayor Jack Frambes presiding.

Rolll oall was held as f6llows: Dixon, present; K8.rrer, present; McCoy, present;
Sheldon, present; Smith, present; Ulrey, present.
The Minutes of the January 9, 1967 meei;ing were read. Ulrey moved, sectilnded
by Dixon, that the minutes be approved as read. Vote on the motion was unanimous.
Counoi1 learned that the plans for the Monterey Storm sewer would soon be filed
with the clerk.
Council heard that an answer should come in three weeks regarding which of the
Federal agencies we should be dealing with for sewers.
No act ion had been taken on the "sp ring property".
Action on the request for a width reduction on Ri verview was referred back
to the property owners as Counoil does not wish to initiate action.
Dixon'introduced ordinanCe 04-67 appropriating funds for the year. Karrer
moved, seconded by Ulrey, to dispense with the three time reading rule.'
Vote on the motion was unanimous. Vote on Ordinance 04-67 was unanimous.
SheldOn introduced ordinal'lce 05-67, re-hiring H.E. Rose as Marshal. Dixon
moved, sevonded by Karrer, to dispense with the three time reading rule;
Vote on the motion was unanimous. Vote on Ordinanoe 05-67 was unanmmous.
Counoil was informed of the Hearing on'the Comprehensive Plan to be held at
the Indian Run School on Jan. 31, 1967.

Council wa.s notified of a tour of Midwestern VW facilities Jan. 28, 1967.
Council discussed the Subdivision Regulations and authtilrized ~Coy to'look
into havin~ the present material edited by qualified engineers. $ 400.00
was set as an upp~r limit on the expense of this editing.
