The regular monthly meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at
8:00 P.M. on Deoember 6, 1965 at the Dublin Munioipal Building with
Mayor Lewis Geese "presiding.
Roll oall was held as follows: Dixon, present; Karrer, present; Sheldon,
present; Smith, present; Ulrey, present; Waoker, present.
The minutes of the November 1, 1965 meeting and the November 9, 1965
speoial meeting were read. Dixon moved, seoonded by Karrer that the
minuteSi of the regular meeting be approved as read. Vote thereon was
unanimous. Sheldon moved, seoonded by Dixon that the minutes of the
speoial meeting be approved as read. Vote thereon was unanimous.

Moved by Dixon, seoonded by Ulrey, that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.

Ordinanoe 18-65 was introduoed by Sheldon. This deals with inoreasing
several appropriations to oover unexpeoted expenditures as follows:
~ll, Trash Colleotion, inoreased to $ 2,600.00. B-4, Police Expenses,
to $ 750.00. H&I-ll, Truok & Traotor Expenses, to $ 400.00. Dixon moved
seconded by Karrer, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote
on the motion was unanimous. Vote on Ordinance 18-65 was unanimous.
Mr. Dixon introduoed Resolution 05-65 expressing the gratitude of the
people of Dublin in general and the members of the Village Counoil in
particular for the many years of servioe given by the Mayor, Lewis

Geese and by Counoilman William Waoker. Vote on the resolution was unanimous.
Ulrey introduoed Resolution 06-65 aooepting the tax rates as proposed by
the Franklin Co. Budget Commission. Vote on Resolution 06-65 was unanimous.
Karrer turned over a oomplete set of Village maps that he had aquired from
the Gas Co. These show the looations of all the gas lines in th. Village.
These plats are on file with the olerk.
Counoil disoussed the need of having more oopies of the plats and desoriptions
of landS' seeking to be annexed and instruoted the Chairman of the Planning
and Zoning Commission to require at least five oopies with eaoh petition.
Counoil heard a letter from the Gas Co. oontaining news of a rate deorease
for all gas users in the Village.
The Treasurers report was as follows:
