A speoial meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held in oonjuno-
tion with a publio hearing on November 9, 1965 at 8 :00 P.M. at the
Munioipal Building with Mayor Lewis Geese presiding.
Roll Call was held as follows: Dixon, present; Karrer, absent;
Sheldon, present; Smith, present; Ulrey, presellt; Waoker, present.
The hearing on the BaSh property was held at 8:00 P.M. The faots
in the oase being presented by Mr. Moffit, Chairman of the Planning
and Zoning Commission. There wa~ no dissenting opinion expressed
by any of the guests present.
Ordinanoe 16-65, ohanging the zoni~ olassifioation of the ten aores
under disoussion from AgrioulturaljResidential to Commeroial, Distriot
"B"'. WSS' introduoed by Dixon. Ulrey moved, seoonded by Smith to dispense
with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motionW'aos: Dixon,yes;
Sheldon, yes; Waoker, yes. Vote on Ordinanoe 16-65 WIllS: Dixon,yes;
Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes; Ulrey, yes; Waoker, yes.
The hearing on the Sprinkle, Lath8Jjj'Smith property was held at 8 :30
P.M. with Mr. Moffit presenting several speakers who represented the
prospeotive buyers of the property and spoke in favor of approval
of the requested rezoning. There was no dissent from the floor.
Sheldon introduoed ordinanoe 17-65, ohanging the zoning olassifioation
on the property under disoussion from AgrioulturaljResidential to
C01'llIIl8roial, Distiot "B". Dixon moved, seoonded py Karrer who had
arrived at the beginning of the 8:30 P.M. hearing, to dispense with
the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion waS' unanimous. Vote
on Ordinanoe 17-65 was- unanimous.
