The regular monthly meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at
the Munioipal Building at 8:00 P.M. on November I, 1965 with Mayor
Lewis Geese presiding.

Roll oall was held as' follows: Dixon, present: Karrer, present; Sheldon
present; Smith, present; Ulrey, present; Waoker, present.
The minutes of the Ootober 4, 1965 meeting were read. Dixon moved,
seoonded by Sheldon, that the minutes be approved as read. Vote thereon
was unanimous.

Counoil heard a reoommendation from the Zoning and Planning Commission
regarding the request to establish a Veterinary Hospital in the Village.
Several amendments were reoommended that oould be made to the present:
zoning ordinanoe so as to allow the requested Hospital. Sheldon moved,
seoonded by Waoker, that a Publio Hearing be set for 8:00 P.M. ,
Deoember 13, 1965 at the Munioipal Building to oonsider these amendments.
Vote on the motion was unanimously affirmative.
The solioitor reported that an appraiser was preparing a value figure
on the proposed Village Garage site.
Karrer moved, seoond~d by Dixon that the Mayor be authorized to enter
into an agreement with the Regional Planning Commission regarding
the Village I s share of the "Work Credit " part of the total oost of
tlite "Blue Plan". Vote on the motion was unanimously affirmative.
The Marshal w~s authorized to purohase tires as needed for the oruiser.
Dixon moved, seoonded by Ulrey, that Counoil resolve to notify the
County Engineer of their desire to have Wiloox Road remain a through
Thourofare by bridging over the widened S.R. 161 & 33 at that point.
Vote on the resolution was unanimous.

The olerk was instruoted to express oounoil' s gratitude for the dinner
to whioh it had been invited. The Gas Co. was the host.
