Prushing, Finance Director 5::3:;~C~: Ordinance #16-86; Waterford Village Storm Sewer I would appreciate it if Council could amend Ordinance #16-86 before passage to include a section for appropriating the funds fran the Sewer Fund for expenditure. The suggested warding for appropriating the funds is as follows: That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the Sewer Fund, the sum of $ to the account E02-OS-SS-2560 for Sewerline Construction to meet the obligations of this contract. Every contract includes a Finance Director's Certificate which certifies that the funds have been legally appropriated. I would not be able to ccatplete the certificate without this amendment. v~L~ ;,J~ ~ ~~
