Council heard request by Mrs. Parker Eberly of 63 S. Riverview to remove tHg from ditoh along south side of property due to flooding that occurs during heait;y rains. Former open ditch performed better according to Urs. Eberly. Brs. Perry Luton reminded council of similiar condition that exists behind her property at 97 S. Riverview. Councim decided to have Solicitor make ruling on question of building permit for sohool addition. lIone has been issued as yet. l,'iayor reported that negotiations wero being held between the Solicitor and the mmers of the property knO'tffi as Eathel' s: bottoms. Ho agreement has been reached as yet. I::ayor repor-ted that gas should be availablo in Septerauer or this year. o [ u ." o 171 Council discussed juvenile delinquency and the Village curfew in parti- cular. Several instances of trouble were reported and discussed. Skate- boards were also discussed and their danger cited. No action was taken on t~0se matters. The annual budget for 1966 v~s discussed and specific recommendations were made to the clerk for changes to be made before the July meeting.
