Minutes of the rSarch 1, 1965 r.eeting were read. Dixon moved, seconded
by Smith that the minutes be approved as read. Vote thereon was
unaminous.
The following bills were submitted for payment:

The Clerk-Treasurer, Richard Termeer, submitted his resignation to the
Mayor, stating as his rea.son his recent move from the Village. Dixon
moved, seconded by Smith to acoept with reluctance his resignation.
Vote thereon 'VtaS; Sheldon, yes; Wacker, yes; Ulrey, yes; Priday, abst-
ained.
Eric Priday submitted his resignation as Counci1nan. Sheldon moved,
seconded by Smith that the resignation be accepted. Vote thereon was:
Dixon, yes; ITaoker, yes; Ulrey, yes.
Eric Priday was appointed by the tayor to serve out the un-expired
term of the Clerk-Treasurer. Council agreed with this appointment.
Ordinance 06-65 was introduced by Sheldon to amend ordinance 05-65
dealing with 1965 appropriations. The new ordinance inoreases the
apnronriation to the Regional Planning Conmnssion from ~3500.00 to
$3668.00 to oover the inoreased olerioal costs cOIDiected with the
Comprehensive Plan for the Ville.ge of Dublin. Dixon Il1oved, seconded
by Ulrey that Council dispense with the three time reading rule,
vote thereon was: Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes; ITacker, yes. Vote on the
ordinance ,yas: Dixon, yes; Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes; '.'Tacker, yes;
Ulrey, yes.

Ordinance 07-65 was' introduced by Sheldon. This ordinance authorizes
Council to accept an Easement on a ~venty (20)foot strip of ground
mr.ned by the Washington Tovrnship Trustees. Said Easement recorded in
Franklin Co. Recorder's Office, vol. 2636, pa~es 76 through 78. This
Easement is to be used as a drive~~y for the n~N Post Office building.
Ulrey moved, seconded by Snith to dispense with the three time reading
rule. Vote on the motion was: Dixon, :res; Shelc.on, yes; Wacker, yes.
Vote on the ordina..'rlce was: Dixon, yes; Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes;
'iIacker, yes ; Ulrey, yes.
Sheldon moved, seconded by'~7acker that Council resolve to repeal
Resolution 01-65 dealing with the plaoement of the 2 mil Police Levy
on the ballot for the November general e1ectien. Vote en Resolution 02-65
was: Dixon" :ires; Smith, yes; Ulrey, yes.
Council authorized Smith to procure services of a Sffiver cleaning finn
to open, if pessib1e, storm sewer drops on High st.
The Clerk was instruoted to write te the County Engineers Office te
request a survey en the alley adjacent te the Jim Smith property on
S. High St. and to request a streot inspectien fer re-surfaoing needs
and te request several signs fer use on the Village streets.
