The regular meeting of the village of Dublin council was
held on February 1, 1965 at the municipal building with
Mayor Lewis Geese presiding.

Minutes of the January meeting were read. Sheldon moved,
second by Dixon that minutes be approved as read. Vote
thereon was unamimous.

Dixon moved, Ulrey seoond that the bills be paid. Vote
thereon was unamimous'. '

Priday introduced ordinance 05-65 making appropiations
for the year 1965. Sheldon moved that council dispense
with the three time reading rule, Smith seoond. Vote
thereon wa" unamimous.
~ounci1 accepted the planning oommission's proposal to
survey and pave to sixteen feet the alley near the Jim
Smith p~Dperty. The clerk was to write a letter asking
the Franklin County engineeis to do the surveying.
Counoil a~)proved the purchase of a 4-U salt and cinder
spreader from the King Equipment Co for about 360.00.
Council disoussed an informal oroposal from John looKit-
rick to annex his property northwest of the village.
Council was opposed to annexing this pDoperty with the
idea it would all be light industrial.
